  • What is the order lead time?
    Please allow 2 days from the time of purchase for your order to be baked and ready for collection. Kindly note that: Deliveries are made in 3 batches each week on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Self-collection is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • What delivery methods are available?
    Islandwide delivery is available on Monday, Thursday & Saturday for $5, except for Tuas and Sentosa, where the fee is $15. Self-collection is available at 3 locations on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Please indicate your preferred pickup date under "Customer & Delivery Details" before checkout. You will receive an email notification confirming your pickup date and time after checkout.
  • What’s the minimum order for delivery, and is there one for self-collection?
    A minimum order of $10 is required for delivery, with free delivery for orders above $100 (excluding Tuas and Sentosa). There is no minimum order for self-collection.
  • What locations support self-collection?
    We collaborated with InstaShake and Coffee and Chill to provide self-collection options for you. These are the 4 collection points you can choose at Checkout Page: 1. Coffee and Chill 78 Shenton Way #01-03, Singapore 079120 Collection Hours: 1PM – 5PM 2. InstaShake 170A Sengkang East drive #01-02, Singapore 541170 Collection Hours: 1PM – 10PM 3. Punggol 671B Edgefield plains, Singapore 822671 Collection Hours: 1PM – 8PM
  • My order is urgent — is express delivery available?
    For urgent orders, please email us at rejoicebakes@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate!
  • Can I change/amend my order?
    Accidentally placed a wrong order? No worries! Kindly email us at rejoicebakes@gmail.com for any amendments of order.
  • How long can the baked goods be kept for?
    To enjoy them at their best, we recommend consuming them on the same day. If you need to store them longer, they can be refrigerated for up to three days!
  • Are your bakes Halal certified?
    Our bakes are not Halal certified. However, we do not use any products containing pork or lard. Items containing alcohol will be indicated with an asterisk (*) on our menu. If you have any questions about specific items, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
  • Can I create my own DIY bundle?
    Absolutely! Mix and match from our wide selection of treats to create your own box when you choose 4 or more items. A 10% discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?

  • Do you make customised packaging?
