Storage: To enjoy the Coffee madeleines with glaze at their best, consume within 2–3 days. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness and prevent the glaze from becoming sticky.
Refrigeration: You may refrigerate the glazed madeleines for up to 5 days. Allow them to return fully to room temperature before serving, as refrigeration can slightly firm up the glaze.
Freezing: Madeleines without glaze can be frozen for up to 1 month (wrap each piece individually in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag or container). For best results, freeze unglazed; if already glazed, note that the glaze may lose some shine upon thawing. Thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
Serving Suggestion: For a fresh-baked texture, warm the madeleines (unglazed or lightly glazed) in an air fryer at 180°C for 3–4 minutes. If already glazed, warm briefly and allow to cool slightly before serving so the glaze sets again.
